Fantastic Location, Great Staff
convenient location cute staff spacious room
The hotel's proximity to the train station was a huge plus for me. It simplified my travel. Gerome at check-in was cute. He provided so much valuable information about the city and activities, and I really appreciated that. My room included a mountain view, fine. The room was also quite spacious.
The room felt a bit stuffy even using the fan.

The hotel provides complimentary bus tickets, and it allowed casino entry at no cost. A conference machine is available in the lobby. The rooftop terrace provides an additional space to relax.

The hotel's location is superb. It is well-situated near the station. Many excellent restaurants are nearby, and it simplifies access to various shops. Exploring the surrounding area proved convenient and enjoyable.

EXCELLENT stay!
convenient location friendly service good breakfast
I found the location very convenient, just across the road from the west train station. The commute was hassle-free. The staff provided very friendly service and were always ready to help. The room was very clean, and the breakfast had a REALLY good variety of food.
The hotel was slightly worn. It felt a bit shabby.

The breakfast area included a wide selection of food with options to boil eggs to the desired hardness, VERY useful. The area seemed well-staffed, and service was prompt during peak hours.

Coffee and tea were available in the lounge area, and I APPRECIATED the kettle in the room. I had access to complimentary travel cards for buses and local transportation with discounts in the area.

The hotel is situated near the train station. Its proximity made travel easy. Many NICE restaurants were within walking distance, and the convenience greatly enhanced my stay. The hotel is also close to the main street.
